This is the best apartment I've ever lived in. Compared to other apartments I've lived in the management here makes an extra effort to be professional, polite, and courteous. There are exciting amenities like a dog park, fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ, and lots of washers and dryers. Amy's Donuts next door has the best hot pastrami sandwiches. Stay Away From This Place! Save yourself money and stress and just move on. The management company, Interstate Equities (IEC) are a group of manipulative, deceitful, unprofessional and unethical people run by the brother sister combo of Julia Boyd Corso and Marshall Boyd. Their trained liar-in-chief is Annette Tauala the Regional Manager. They will ignore damage and complaint issues for months until forced to act. They will lie every step of the way.
