4 attempts to contact them. I never received a callback. Even Zillow got involved then they dropped the ball, having stopped asking if I was contacted. I even wrote to their parent company and didn't get a reply!
The maintenance team here at Parc Hill is absolutely amazing! Always working hard, extremely friendly and courteous to me as well as all the neighbors that I talk to. Everybody here at Parc Hill should really appreciate all the hard work and effort they put into maintaining this residential community as well as always being here to help us residents! Absolutely five star service!
