I have been a resident here at ParcGrove for a while. The location of the property is ideal, nice and close to downtown and the size of the apartments compared to the new buildings going up are much more spacious. Not to mention every unit has a balcony which is nice. Yes there are some infrastructure improvements that are needed as other residents have mentioned, but overall it’s a good property.
