Abby was very professional showing us 2 different floor plans for a 2 bedroom apartment. She answered all of our questions. She made us feel welcomed.
Absolutely garbage of a management company They flat out do not respond to anything in their email inbox, been trying to get a refund on all the extra money i paid on the water bill and they need approval from the management company and they refuse to respond back to their emails. Currently i have no hot water and im just running in circles because they refuse to respond to an urgent matter. Im hoping leaving a terrible review will actually make them respond lol.
The issue was fixed but it took months for someone to come address the issue
We had a great experience. The Assistant Property Manager Sofia was absolutely the best. She went way beyond to help us.
