Good place quiet
We live here 2019/2020 and it was great. Meghan was always an amazing help. Maintenance was on top of any repairs that we needed. They salted everything nicely when the weather was bad and I saw Meghan, on several occasions, plowing the snow from the sidewalks, herself. Grand Blvd is a little loud due to racing and heavy foot traffic but that was the only downside.
Toured with Meghan, very professional and informative. I ended up not having to move to Spokane for my job, but if I do, I will for sure be moving here.
Unfortunately the recent upkeep is not good. Red doggie waste bags are at the entrance, all the time.Why is the management allowing this? I have never before seen tenants not being responsible for disposing of their doggie doo.
