So bad. Everything- management, maintenance, front desk, plumbing, heating, elevators..can keep adding to the list. On top of that they choose the worst employees who treat you so badly. A fire alarm once went off, whole building was downstairs and the lady at the reception didn't even get up from her seat! Don't live here..
Lived here for a several years and would not recommend this place. The only perk of Parc Frontenac is the convenient location across the street from Forest Park. I thought the “cheaper” rent made living there worth it, but after adding costs of utilities, electricity, and laundry, it is definitely not cheap. The building is smelly, dirty and many things are dysfunctional. The gym ceiling collapsed and it smells like mold, one of the stairwells had garbage cans under the pipes on every floor for leaking, the washing machines ... read more
I have to say…This place has two personas the one before you sign the lease and one the after you sign the experience. Before you sign the lease “Mac sales people” say all the right things and show you around. After you sign the lease the service is very bad… have you seen the state of this place? a) service elevator has been out of service for a while now b) the front step leading the back entrance is all ripped c) ac blows hot air and service does not show up for days… now some of the residents are complaining about rodent... read more
Current resident at Parc and if I knew what I know now, I would not have signed here. I’ve been here for 9 months and my apartment has flooded 3 times. Once nearly my entire apartment, and twice my kitchen. Throughout the flooding, I’ve lost about $400 of personal property - not enough for apartment insurance to kick in. The flooding continues to happen because Parc management refuses to do anything but put a bandaid on the plumbing issues, confirmed by plumbers contracted out.
