I have to say…This place has two personas the one before you sign the lease and one the after you sign the experience. Before you sign the lease “Mac sales people” say all the right things and show you around. After you sign the lease the service is very bad… have you seen the state of this place? a) service elevator has been out of service for a while now b) the front step leading the back entrance is all ripped c) ac blows hot air and service does not show up for days… now some of the residents are complaining about rodent... read more
Been living in Parc for few months now. The apartment given was not clean. Numerous issues and when I report no responses shows up and there is very little communication. Bad ac , holes in the wall, rats, cold shower the list goes on. MAC property management is the worst. I escalated the managers are actually the worst, they listen and ignore. This is just a big scam. No easy way to get out of the lease!!! Don’t come here!
I currently live in Parc Frontenac and I experience firsthand its terrible management. They have entered my apartment several times without any prior notice and without asking for permission. Three of those times I was INSIDE my home and suddenly saw some men coming in through the door, without even knocking. Then they entered a couple more times when I wasn’t home, leaving a note afterwards, but again without any prior notice, and it wasn’t for emergencies. This is really scary and disrespectful. So bad. Everything- management, maintenance, front desk, plumbing, heating, elevators..can keep adding to the list. On top of that they choose the worst employees who treat you so badly. A fire alarm once went off, whole building was downstairs and the lady at the reception didn't even get up from her seat! Don't live here..
