As a long term resident of this complex I've seen multiple managers come through and I can confidently say the current Manager and Maintenance is the best we've ever seen, they keep the place way nicer than it ever was before, they are communicative, they want to help you, they are friendly, they actually want to interact and embrace our family community here at Parc East and it's amazing to finally have someone that cares as much about us as we do about our homes. I have lived here for over 10 years and experienced many staffing changes. I have to say the new manager is doing great and Brian from maintenance is doing a fantastic job!
I’m really happy with the changes at my apartment complex since the new management took over. They are very nice and sweet, and they truly make me feel important as a resident. We also have a new maintenance guy who has already made a lot of improvements in such a short time. He’s been accomplishing so much and it really shows. The team is also doing a great job keeping the area clean and cared for. I’m excited to see even more improvements in the future!
Owners have no respect or interest in maintaining this property. During my time at this location I was unable to get a maintenance person to repair the shower for several months. Unable to get ahold of management of any kind. Don't expect much if you find yourself here. Edit: Now two years after moving out and dealing with lack of management they've contacted me (for time response reference)
