It is a nice place to live except the lot rent increases 5% per year. Rent is now $889 per month and that does not include water, sewer, or trash. That adds up to an extra $200 per month. Landscaping is done on a very minimal basis and most residents either maintain their own or have a landscaping service. Don't expect any help from management.
If you are looking for a quiet place for your parents or yourself i would suggest looking elsewhere. While the park itself is nice and quiet and the residents friendly and welcoming, the management is a joke. They make up and bend the rules at their convenience. They are nasty people and when you seek assistance from the actual owner you get ignored.
