They have such bad reviews that they are actually trying to hide them from Google. It seems they're desparately trying to change the names of the building so that the reviews don't show up. Disgusting.
Worst building you could ever imagine going. I am an owner and the managment still treat you like less than nothing. The managment do not respect your medical needs and will call the police on you at crazy hour just to tell you to turn off your tv. There are disrespectful people and will find any little issue so they can give you there special 10$ fine for breathing. Rude staff, unresponsive management. Valet is very slow. Elevators are not enough you might wait twenty minutes for elevator and these always break. Employees will kill time inside bathrooms on purpose. Rules and surveillance are ridiculous. They will try to capitalize on the most random things from you. Some tenants are terribly loud and rude as well. Cockroaches and fleas on corridors. They do not vacuum or clean corridors enough. Very unfriendly management. They were and are extremely rude to my elderly parents occupying the apartment as new residents. Instead of explaining rules politely, they bark orders and scare friendly law-abiding people, threatening and imposing unnecessary fines. I would not recommend living in this surveillance state
