Been living here 2 years and yes it's not perfect, but what apartment complex is.. Many things I could say about this or that, but what's most important is that management really tries here and to me that says a lot about any apartment complex or place of business. I have no major complaints because management Lacey and McKenna have always tried to resolve whatever problem or situation I or my family have had quickly and timely. I have lived here for almost 3 years. It is a very safe, clean, and quiet community. Maintenance and office staff respond quickly and work orders at handled promptly. Communication is consistent and staff are always friendly with interactions I have had with them. I look forward to continue calling Parc at Wallstreet my home!
Update: I finally received the deposit earlier this month. This was a decent place to live at for 2 and half years. The maintenance team was fast to fix things and the apartment has decent amenities. The front desk personnel was always changing and sometimes took awhile to process somethings. After putting in a 60 day notice to move out and it’s been nearly 60 days since I’ve moved out and I still haven’t received my security deposit back yet. Me and my partner came 30 minutes before closing to tour a one & two bedroom apartment the lady at the front desk told us no we are closed but the website said that they close at 6pm she was very rude and sarcastic she kept rushing us to leave she gave us papers that was not up to date at all and I felt racial profiled because she kept shaking and raising her voice towards us as if we were gonna to hurt her the colored of my skin shouldn’t matter if I’m willing to spend money on a apartment I literally watched two people wal... read more
