-Beautiful community with established trees to provide shade for electric bill savings, & neighborhood feeling. Many long term residents which provides community feeling.
Lived here for a few months now and honestly I can say I really enjoy this complex and the staff here. They’ve been understanding during an issue during move-in, and are generally responsive and friendly! It’s a great place off the typical highway apartment complex, and so far the neighbors are really nice and everyone has a general understanding of looking out for each other if you get to know them! I look forward to living here for a while, maintenance has been really quick too for fixing other small issues here and there.... read more
This has been my first and a bit awkward. Years that I never lived alone and everything is interesting and learning being alone. Slowly I created my own cozy place adding things on the balcony. Brings warmth and welcoming others at the " Parc Apartments". San Antonio. You must drop bye enjoy the entire view all the wonderful things you can live with quietness and wonderful nature out doors. My daughter has lived here for over a year. The place is nice, but there is absolutely no parking what so ever. Was told by staff not to worry about not parking in a spot because there NEVER are any spots that towing isn't enforced due to the fact that they are aware of the problem.they towed her car. They must expect their tenants to park outside the complex. It's so bad people park against a closed gate and in the grass.
