Maintenance does a great job here at Lerner Park. Randy has responded to issues at my apartment and addresses them efficiently, looks for ways to resolve issues preventatively and acts professionally and personably ongoing.

I truly am a new happy resident of Lerner Parc at Gatlin Commons. Beautiful secure buildings and gates plus inside corridors. Reasonably priced apartments with all the amenities. Ashley O'Toole is the Leasing Consultant. She will make you feel right at home with her friendly smile plus her professionalism and caring knowledge of finding you the right apartment home.
