My experience at Parawest's ******************* in ******, ** has been quite satisfying.Not only is the property beautifully landscaped, but it is quiet, private & very secure. As far as the apartments themselves, they remain secure, well-designed & unique to the ****** lifestyle. I've lived at ************ Apartments in ****** for 9 years, & cannot say enough good things about both the place, & the property managers, ************** The apartments are well-built & comfortable, & the grounds are beautiful & well-maintained. Any needed repairs have been dealt with promptly & efficiently. The neighborhood is quiet, & the other tenants here are mature & nice. All in all, a fabulous living experience! :D

I live at The ****** at Pinemont. One of the boilers has broken down and we've been without hot water for 12 days. I've lived here for a year and we continuously wake up in the mornings with no hot water to shower with. This is a constant problem. They keep hiring these shadetree plumbers to try to fix it and it breaks down everytime. I'm sick of taking a cold shower because Parawest won't spend the money for a new boiler. They never hire reputable companies. They hired a guy to replace my upstairs neighbors bathtub. His hel... read more
