I have had many many problems with this service. Trying to talk to a supervisor, to file a complaint is useless. I finally did once, but was given the run around by them and then the state agencies that supposably subcontract/oversee their business. They service the frail, handicapped, elderly and young who are vuleranable and live in poverty. In many cases they are the lifeline for the people they serve. I don't know how to change this, but I did not give Paratransit SErvices a 5 rating, I gave them a 1 or would give them a below 1 if I could. There was no option I could see to edit or change my rating of my original post "No accountability to/for the people they service"
they showed up late and while in root to doctors office the dispatcher says if you can't make it there in 10 minutes, I have to cancel for a later date, so we turned around and came back home. NOW I CAN'T GET MY PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED AND I CAN'T get another appt. till NEXT MONTH!!!!!!! AND to top it off. The Driver blamed it on me! When I was ready ( 2 Hours !!! ) before he got here!
