Since via finally left They have turned a complete 180. And have improved tenfold. Now everything is running beautifully from rides being on time. Most of the time they show up. Right, even when my windows starts!! They Have had vast improvements And I don't feel like I dread taking them anymore. Was supposed to be at appt 8:30 was picked up at 9: 30 no all at all. Return ride was supped to be 2p.m.said would be here at 2:45 was 96 degrees.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Very incompetent workers who are rude and don't want to do the job they signed up for. Communication is horrible, they always have the wrong number of passengers. I have nothing nice to say about this company or their workers. None of them are pleasant, always rude.
