Two wonderful driver’s provided a safe, and pleasant ride to and from Norfolk today. My mom requires wheelchair transportation, this her new normal that we take seriously and are appreciative for the help. Both Jessica and Rhonda, our drivers, made a doctors appointment something less stressful because of their positivity and ability to drive Paratransit buses (much older by the way) with ease in traffic. Two both of you I want to say thank you. Paratransit, thank you for providing good service with such great drivers.
Since via finally left They have turned a complete 180. And have improved tenfold. Now everything is running beautifully from rides being on time. Most of the time they show up. Right, even when my windows starts!! They Have had vast improvements And I don't feel like I dread taking them anymore. Was supposed to be at appt 8:30 was picked up at 9: 30 no all at all. Return ride was supped to be 2p.m.said would be here at 2:45 was 96 degrees.
