Parastone Development has done a fantastic job creating residential communities that feel genuinely community focused. With thoughtful designs, shared facilities and beautiful outdoor spaces that encourage people to exercise and connect with their neighbours. It is clear that they are focused on both livability, nature and community well being.

I think I'm coming up on 9 years as resident in Montane. I would highly recommend the neighborhood/area. When people are looking for somewhere to build or move to Montane is on top of my list of recommendations. Getting anything done in this town is a task and Parastone seems to always come through.

I have had many interactions with Parastone over the years in our close Fernie community: formerly as a landscaper, more recently as a backcountry guide, as well as an avid (and grateful!) user of the great trail system that Parastone (and now Coal Creek Heritage Society) have developed in the area. Simon, Wendy and their team have always operated professionally and effectively. They are stalwart and generous community members and are to be thanked for their tremendous contribution to the community over many years.

We’ve been living in our home by Parastone Developments in Fernie and have been really impressed. The build quality is excellent and the fixtures and fittings throughout are top notch. The house is also incredibly warm — even with the heating off it stays comfortable, which really shows the quality of the build and insulation. We’re absolutely loving living here and would happily recommend Parastone Developments.
