Does not answer calls. You have to chase down the office to get answers. Not recommended. Even the answering service is useless. They suggested using the LiveWell app but still no response whatsoever.
Would not recommend this office. Good doctor but has terrible office staff and nurses. Doesn't return calls in timely manner or at all. There is a rotating door of office staff and nurses. This kind of service can be detrimental to patient care.
DR.SAPOUNTZI is a highly recommended Endocrinologist & Diabetes physician.
