The phone number is disconnected. They gave me a good payment each month for my income. I found out last month from the hospital where I got my procedure done that they were having problems with automatic payments so the hospital is taking over with my payments. I had to send bank statements starting in october 2019- january 2020 to show the hospital that they were taking payments out. I thought it was a good company but was wrong. Dont use this company for financial assistance.
Payment contract was up but they kept taking my money. Found out they also did not send payments to the hospital for months. Resulting in overpayment on account. Had to print out bank receipts to show the hospital I’ve been paying each month Since the last time they received a payment in September of 2019. Parasail is a scam. I initially signed up with them in 2017 for a medical bill , recently in the last year they stopped answering phone calls and emails. I called my Hospital today to verify payment. They said the last time they received one was in September !!! AND THEY HAVE BEEN DRAFTING MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT LEAVING ME IN NEGATIVE SOMETIMES! Good thing I got my bank statements. They keep stealing my money after I paid off the contract. They will not answer my calls or emails. DO NOT DO FINANCING WITH THEM!!!!!! I ADDED A STAR BECAUSE I HAD TOO.
