Maybe they have great doctors, but clearly physical health (and COVID rules) is more important than mental health as they wouldn’t let both parents attend a nine year old child’s initial consultation.
I think they are doing well with my grandson but they are jerks to us family w privalges about contact, those of us that work and its not their schedule..they need to be more flexible..counselor he has is amazing, floor staff can use some work.. people that answer the phone are pretty unimpressive...

Why is it ok with this facility for their receptionist to be extremely rude to their customers? And then when you tell her you are going to speak to the manager she tells you that a nurse is standing right there listening & will back her up that she did nothing wrong. If she has a co-worker listening to her conversations & waiting to back her up then she clearly knows she done something wrong right? I don't think they trained " Jamie" on how to treat customers & she definitely is no good at what she does!
They r friendly and excellent care! I am glad they r there 4 us!
