At a time when our darling Teddy was facing uncertainty in every possible way, Dr Gabe & the team at Parap showed up at every single opportunity. On call, over night, over time & only ever with their best food forward. Gabe communicated clearly, concisely & with knowledge at all times so we always felt supported & understood. Unfortunately i got stuck with the employee that wanted to do the bare minimum work whilst creating a permanent returning customer every 2 months for the remainder of the animals life. Try harder, 1 star!
This vet clinic is amazing. The staff and Drs are caring and passionate about ensuring that their patients have successful outcomes. Our girl spent 5 nights in their hospital, the care & love she received from the doctors and nurses and everyone was amazing. We are extremely grateful to the Parap team.
