I highly recommend this clinic! Dr Ashlee was so kind and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and truly cares about the animals she treats. The whole team is friendly and we always leave feeling well looked after. Thank you Parap Vet ❤️
Go elsewhere ! Only decent thing about this place are the receptionists. The vets have no sympathy or show genuine compassion for your pet. One Asian female vet who wears false eyelashes in particular is only interested in extracting as much money out of you as she can selling expensive services such x-rays and scans, pushing for more tests to get done without suggesting meaningful and real life changing treatments first, basically gave us an ultimatum that if the x-rays and scans as she suggested are not done ASAP, we would... read more

Lovely Vets and staff
We brought our dog in for a general health check and vaccinations (he is a stray dog that was found abandoned and had been suffering from persistent itching). Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The male vet seemed very rushed and basically just administered the vaccine and microchip without doing much else. He did not appear to thoroughly assess our dogs overall condition, including the skin issues that were one of the main reasons for our visit.
