We brought our dog in for a general health check and vaccinations (he is a stray dog that was found abandoned and had been suffering from persistent itching). Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The male vet seemed very rushed and basically just administered the vaccine and microchip without doing much else. He did not appear to thoroughly assess our dogs overall condition, including the skin issues that were one of the main reasons for our visit. Extremely helpful and quick to help out in any way possible, dietary and welfare.
The staff and Dr's are awesome. The cleaners need to do a bit of house keeping, as the health and safety officer, Eli had found dust behind the computer unit. Puma, had just looked on. 🤣❤️
Wish I could name and thank everyone who cared for Maverick our cat. Only person i can remember is Vet Richard, but thank you to everyone. Was a stressfull few days. With there love and care Mavvy is now home recovering. Highly recommend this clinic. Great after hours care and giving us needed updates on his stay.
