Dropped off my car for a customer part instalment, service was efficient and exceptional. Was quoted an amount which turned out to be a bit more expensive due to the installation taking longer than expected but the communication was amazing. After testing the car out afterwards, I was more than impressed with the quality and care that was taken throughout the installation process. Absolutely would recommend installation with paranormal.
Couldn't reccomend Paranormal Performance enough, from the customer service of the lovely receptionist to their workmanship and translucency of repairs needed. Correctly diagnose and fix what actually needs to be fixed, no mucking around. They are honest and reliable, saved me 3.5k cheerin, thanks again Dylan and crew!
Genuinly the worst place in town. Absolutely pathetic service. Took my car in for what should’ve been a straightforward job and it somehow came back worse than when I dropped it off. Zero accountability, terrible communication, and a completely unjustified bill for work that clearly wasn’t done properly. After hearing mixed reviews on these guys, I was a bit hesitant to try them at first, but man I couldn’t thank them enough, fixed a job I attempted to do myself and fitted me in as quick as they could, big props to Josh who actually reached out to me on a Facebook post I made asking what place was best to take a European car, I couldn’t recommend these guys enough, did a very great job and fixed the headache my cars been giving me for over a year now, well done guys, your hard work was very appreciated. - Zack
