Genuinly the worst place in town. Absolutely pathetic service. Took my car in for what should’ve been a straightforward job and it somehow came back worse than when I dropped it off. Zero accountability, terrible communication, and a completely unjustified bill for work that clearly wasn’t done properly. After hearing mixed reviews on these guys, I was a bit hesitant to try them at first, but man I couldn’t thank them enough, fixed a job I attempted to do myself and fitted me in as quick as they could, big props to Josh who actually reached out to me on a Facebook post I made asking what place was best to take a European car, I couldn’t recommend these guys enough, did a very great job and fixed the headache my cars been giving me for over a year now, well done guys, your hard work was very appreciated. - Zack

Just wanted to share the amazing experience I had at Paranormal Performance having some spot lights installed. Nothing was too much, they were happy to help with every question I had and helped me choose the right lights. Their customer service was amazing and what’s even better I was able to use a $500 paranormal performance voucher I won at a fundraiser towards it. Not only supporting customers but supporting the community too. Very happy customer
Edit - July 2025 (because i couldn't leave another 5 star) We have now had a full DOD delete & cam put in the car by these guys, it sounds angry and was completed in under 3 days. Amazing price for what we got in the package, tune and the time they spent on it. Its been a few months now since having it done and the car is running immaculate with no issues.
