The owner of this business said it is normal for them to stop troubleshooting broken equipment as soon as they find an issue, they fix that issue, and then charge you to continue troubleshooting! If I ask you to quote me on repairing equipment(that means works) you should trouble shoot everything to get an accurate quote. Does not stand behind. Their own work….
