Great experience with Paran Homes
Absolutely disgusted with this builder and company. We just mounted a tv in master bedroom where the Best Buy installer told and showed us leftover trash from McDonalds, beer cans, and adhesive spray cans were left in our dry wall! I had issues with them cutting grass on empty lots they were supposed to maintain which they never did before selling their lots to Piedmont Residential. They probably did this because I called and reported them to code enforcement of Newnan multiple times. We asked them to fix our driveway becaus... read more
Our whole experience with Paran Homes was extremely pleasant. They worked with us when we wanted to change lots because the first one turned out to be too sloped for us. The main reason we pat them on the back was their response to our 2 month and 10 month warranty items. The home was well made but as in any new home there were some issues that had to be dealt with and their warranty department was extremely helpful and prompt.
