This was by far the worst and most dangerous experience I have ever had in a barber shop. The barber, Shahram, not only did a terrible job but actually injured my neck, leaving painful wounds. When I told him I wasn’t satisfied, he became extremely rude and aggressive. Rude staff. Went in for my 5 year old daughter's haircut. Nicole, the hairdresser, was rolling her eyes when I was explaining the haircut (I don't know why I didn't walk away at that point). She kept making faces while cutting (!) and did not check with me the length to cut. In the end, she said cash only because their machine was "not working".
