The dealer ship called me up a week before new year to Book an appointment for a recall On my appointment day They asked me to take care of wheel alignment and few other things , when I told them I only want to take care of my recall , they gave me an estimate wait time for 3 -4 hours . After an hour the service advisor said that the part for the recall is not available. So please come back later. I have changed a tire and it was too expensive than the other competitive price. I'm getting like a 30% less outside the Hyundai service center I spend spend like 2100 with the installation for the tire in the showroom, that same tire I am getting Costco, BJ's 1000 to 1100 with installation. It's too much costly to get tire change in the company showroom. and they give delivery you don't clean the tire or nothing like that I don't know where clean or not, but it was not clean so much
They charge over 500 dollars as a diagnostic fee for a car still under warranty. The staff were also incredibly rude. Before I even said what was wrong with my car or why I was there, they wanted to charge me over 1000 dollars for random services that I did not need. Constantinos used scare and bullying tactics for a sale. I would not recommend going here to anyone, especially as a woman.
