am Korean, and I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes just for an oil change. When I bought the car, they talked about all these great benefits and recommended additional service packages like alignments and inspections. But because I didn’t purchase those extras, they made me wait this long. As a Korean, I wanted to support a Korean brand instead of choosing Toyota or Honda. I even encouraged others to do the same. But now I realize that was a big mistake. I’ll never buy a Korean car again. This is truly embarrassing.
Had my car there for the typical Hyundai engine replacement after my engine seize at 104000 miles (second Hyundai sonata that I owned with same issue),anyway not big deal the engine is covered by Hyundai guarantee,so once the car was at the dealer they start the dance ,they need to get the approval from Hyundai first to give me a loaner car (never got one from them ,a friend let me use his car instead),anyway they charge me $750 before touching the car to diagnose it, according to them 3hrs ($250/ hour) (never had to pay tha... read more
Came to Paramus Hyundai service to get my scheduled maintenance done and it couldn’t have been smoother. I was able to easily get an appointment and Joe England was fantastic. Very helpful and took his time to explain everything that was going to be done. Would highly recommend working with him and getting any work needed done at Rt 4 Paramus Hyundai.
I was not happy with labor price. Service told me they recommended service but I feel like I have to get service otherwise I am not getting service for crankshaft sensor service
