I brought my car in for a sunroof problem. They said they fixed it, and I paid the repair fee. However, the noise from the sunroof continued, so I took it back to the service center twice. They said they fixed it the second time as well. I took the car in a third time because the sunroof problem still persisted. They demanded $481 just for diagnostics, and said they would charge extra for the actual repair. It seems this service center only makes money from diagnostics. I have never left a bad review in my life, but I would leave zero stars if that were possible here. Paramus Ford has some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. During winter weather, my windshield washer fluid started coming out as slush, then stopped working completely (front and back), and eventually began leaking underneath the car on both the driver and passenger sides.
