Brought my F-150 Lightning in for a recall. They offered a tire rotation since it had been a while, so I said yes. At pickup I noticed a scratch on one rim sitting in the same spot, so the tires never moved. The manager admitted they were never rotated, though I was charged for it. He asked if I wanted them rotated after the fact. I said no because I'd already been charged for work they never did, and trusting them a second time wasn't worth it. Double-check extra work they sell you. Very disappointed.
Great customer service
Curtis was great and very knowledgeable! The whole purchasing process was easy and quicker than expected. I highly recommend this dealership.
