Trustworthy There aren't many car repair places these days that you can trust not to try to sell you something you don't really need. Discount Tire is one. I went in recently with what I thought was a slow leak. I would have believed them if they told me I needed a new tire but instead I was told there wasn't anything wrong with the tire but by the wear they could tell the tires needed to be rotated. This I knew was true so $12 later I drove home.
Good tire place Well tire shopping is not any fun but the employees here were helpful enough. I got what I needed and left in about an hour which wasn't too bad. The prices were fair so I'd recommend the place.
MR I recived a good price for the tires. The mechanic did a good job and was pleasant. Other than that I would not recomend this station to anyone. I had that apoirntment for 3:45 pm to have a tire place on the car and to have an alignment done at the Getty station next door. They have an agrement with the Paramus Discount Tire. Painless I called Discount Tire Co in AM to see if they had the make and size tires that I was looking for. They didn't but ordered them for me and called me when they arrived about 5 hours later. I drove to Paramus and within less then an hour I was all set. The customer service was excellent, they were polite, efficient and even helped to find a hub cap that I was missing on my Volvo, I couldn't be more pleased! The entire experience was painless.
