I had a terrible experience with Paramus Best Auto Body and feel compelled to warn others. I brought my BMW 7 Series here for repair after an accident, as it was recommended by my insurance carrier, GEICO. The shop’s work was subpar and completely unacceptable for a high-end vehicle—or any vehicle, for that matter. The rear bumper repair was riddled with issues. The radio station was changed when I picked up the car and on full blast . No one should be touching the radio. :( *It was not changed due to it being mistakenly wiped** it was changed to latin music.
