Great community atmosphere
A family member was recently treated at this facility for close to 40 days. He did not have a good experience. There was information that was misconstrued and perhaps damaging to his character and not based on facts or truth. Be wary if you go to this facility.
I’ve spent one month at Paramount and have to say the level of care I received was exceptional. I highly recommend this place.
This place did nothing by lie, scheme, twist and misconstrue every single piece of information they possibly could. Not only did they tell me as a concerned family member of the patient, that they would keep me informed and updated, they never called me once. AND he had been rushed to the hospital with again,no word from them. Very frustrating and if you are seeking a facility that truly cares for you or your loved one, or is a family oriented place, steer clear of this place.
Staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to help
