This company does not stand by its workmanship or product. We had several years of roof follow-up, which was never completely fixed. And, then, the company delayed, refused to repair for issues during the warranty period, despite repeated requests. The company also refused to provide recompense when we had to hire another company to fix the roof leaks that this company refused to repair for issues arising while under warranty. Not trustworthy.
Albert and his crew did a great job! They completed much-needed work on our rental property and did so quickly and professionally. Our tenants were not interrupted or disturbed in anyway. Highly recommend.

Paramount Waterproofing Solutions is one of the best companies that I have dealt with. Paramount Waterproofing worked at Cotton Mill and Property One for several years. Major jobs such as tuck-pointing, roof work and painted the water tower. Many jobs needed PRC/HDLC approval due to the building being historic and they met all requirements with no problem.
