My wife has bought two cars from here and has always bragged about their customer service. I’ve never had any dealings with them till I took her car in for service and was shocked. The service department was so friendly and knowledgeable. Trevor was a Godsend and helped me make sure I got her car serviced and back before we left town. This experience was amazing.
Just purchased a car from Paramount. A very nice, low pressure, friendly, and professional experience. A great place to purchase a vehicle.
This was an incredible experience from start to finish! Jesus was so knowledgeable of the cars and very receptive to questions. He was very genuine and did not pressure us to sign to buy immediately and gave us time and space to discuss which you will not find at other places! There was minimal to no back and forth regarding pricing as the dealership put together a good price at once which also made this such a smooth experience. I would definitely recommend Paramount as well as Jesus!
Bought a car here the salesman was fantastic(Shayle) had another salesman I interacted with as well(Jesus). He was also great. The finance guy I did not like. These guys get pissy when you don't buy those insurance plans and also when you know an interest rate is too high. I'm about to the point of where I'm just going to buy from individuals in the future because every finance guy at every dealer is like this. If I say I'm not interested in the plans just move on with the sale and let's get it over with. I'd rather interact... read more
