These people are the best!! I used them for all of my title services due to all the property scams going on these days and let me tell you they are EXPERTS!!!
This location failed to include everything I needed to pay off in a transaction last year. 1 year later I found out I still owed a little over $11,000. They basically told me “oh well”. I thought the reason for using a title company was to make sure this kind of thing was taken care of? One excuse was that the lady that handled my closing no longer works for their company.
