They don’t check for open permits on the house
Craig beggins, Katie Gundy, and Jeffrey Schwartz are crooks. They tried to change transaction to a 1031 on our way to closing. Than Right AFTER closing paramount title told us there were open permits on the property. They issued a supposed clean title yet it had open permits. Then the above reference people filed the title with the county wrong.
