We had them do our taxes in 2025, they were filed incorrectly by thousands of dollars, and now we're accruing penalties/fines and have been waiting for months for them to correct this. They filed an amendment that they didn't change from the original filing, and completely wasted months worth of time. We keep getting passed from person to person, who then doesn't do anything. I chose this company based on the many good reviews. Big mistake. We experienced many issues with poor communication and a mistake made by them on our state tax return would have cost us almost $2,000 if I hadn’t caught it. It took 10 weeks to get our overpayment refunded to us after they amended the return. I would NOT recommend them.
