I used Paramount for 3 years. Over that time Maggie has been extremely hard to get ahold of and seemingly incompetent. When she offered to help us open an LLC, she took 2 weeks to respond, mistyped the LLC name, forgot about mailing it out for another 2 weeks, and then failed to provide us the EIN in a timely matter. Then, when we received a letter from the IRS demanding almost $10k for a year she did our taxes with less than a month to respond, she ignored all emails, voice messages, and text messages for 3+ weeks.
