I would leave zero stars if it was allowable. I contacted PT&A to help me with an amended tax return. The process started out good enough. The tax professional Sonya and I had a few conversations to get the data needed for the amended return. Things appeared fine until nearly 4 months later I received a tax document from the IRS stating that I still owed all the money from my amended return. I am so happy that I found Paramount Tax. Working with them was a fabulous experience. They are very professional! and best of all, it was like taking to a good friend, he help me with my taxes and he answered all of my questions and doubts and took the time I needed to understand my tax questions and concerns in detail! I definitely want to work with them again, I strongly recommend them "Paramount Tax & Accounting" to everybody, great place!!!!
I do not usually post reviews, but I am very angry and want to protect others from being scammed. This address (and I suspect this company) is being used by SoftwareDealsUSA.com and SoftwareDiscountUSA.com purporting to sell discount software. Unfortunately they charge you and provide nothing. They do not respond to requests from their website or emails to "support" and there is no working phone number provided.
