Kam check my wheels over and let me know politely they didn’t have the vintage tubes for my older bike, but told me where I could go next professional polite. I’d buy a bike there next time I need a new one.
Knowledgeable and adhering to their policies. I can respect that. As per policy- my bindings were too old to service upon closer inspection. But- when one bearded employee (owner?) greeted me with an immediate “why did you bring your ski boots in?” A confrontational tone was set that left an immediate bad taste. I had a great experience purchasing a bike from Paramount. The shop was laidback and the staff clearly care about finding you the right bike for you. I was grateful to find a Liv dealer in town and ended up with the most immediately comfortable and intuitive bike I've ever ridden, which has completely changed how I view cycling. Thanks to Cam and the whole team here for the help in making that happen!
