What a bunch of good dudes Jason and Tom are. I came in for some help with my late father’s bike and they were great to me and didn’t make me feel dumb about not knowing basic things. Many thanks to them for helping me get back on a bike.
Had an excellent experience getting a bike fit today.
There was a nice guy helping me with my ski boot problems. I thought they were too small because my toes kept crunching up and I thought I was going to have to buy new boots. But he sized me up and told me I was wearing the right size… so instead of selling me new expensive boots he told me I should try insoles in mine which could help with my scrunching problem.
