I had a great experience purchasing a bike from Paramount. The shop was laidback and the staff clearly care about finding you the right bike for you. I was grateful to find a Liv dealer in town and ended up with the most immediately comfortable and intuitive bike I've ever ridden, which has completely changed how I view cycling. Thanks to Cam and the whole team here for the help in making that happen!

Came in with a flat tire. They put in a new tube, and a few days later it was flat again. They said it's not their fault, it's mine... They must use really cheap quality tire tubes, OR it may be a repeat flat after they "missed" checking ir looking for the"object" possibly stuck in the tire! so if you need a tire tube put in, maybe try backpeddling or speed river bicycles. They never let me down with repeat problems. If a different bike store finds something stuck in the tire later, I'll update this review. I'll give 2 stars... read more
Excellent service! They packed my bicycle very carefully and professionally for my international trip. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was protected properly. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish.
