Executive Director took home a chair donated to a resident..Ya think we had a Christmas bonus
Daughter was a dialysis patient for over 40 years. While there the scab on her site came off. Blood was going everywhere. Daughter would have bled out and died. Staff knew how to handle the situation until the ambulance came. Staff actually saved her life that day. Thank you ladies.
My sister lived there for over two years and they took very good care of her. The regular staff was very good at keeping me updated. The hospice staff was exceptional. The building was always very clean and didn't have the "smell" like other geriatric facilities.
The entire staff has gone out of their way to help us with a very difficult situation. Working in memory care has to be very challenging, but they all have shown tremendous care and support. Not only has the staff provided outstanding care for our family member, they have been extremely helpful for the entire family.
