None of these places are perfect! But all of the staff I met were very kind and caring, and the place doesn't reek of urine which I have encountered at other facilities. Your loved one will be safe and taken care of here and that's all that really matters.
I've been to several facilitiesnin this area and this, by far is among the best! The staff is INCREDIBLE! I've never been to a place where I've been made to feel so welcome. The staff seem to really enjoy their job and have a passion for the patient experience! I was naturally apprehensive about letting anyone care for my father...after 2 visits...it was a great decision! Shout out to Elaine, Meagan, Letoya, and others!!
My mother is new to the community. This whole process was stressful for me, until I came across Paramount. My first contract was with Ms. Elaine. She was very helpful and patient. She did everything she said she was going to do. She was able to work with my mother’s budget the best she could. All the staff is nice and friendly. Elaine Smith is truly exceptional! When we faced an urgent situation with my father, Elaine went above and beyond with her understanding and flexibility. She kept us well-informed every step of the way, demonstrating incredible patience and compassion that eased our stress immensely. The warm welcome my father received from the key staff during admissions made him feel right at home. I can’t praise Elaine and her team enough for the outstanding care they provided. Paramount is truly a wonderful place!
This place is horrible You go for a interview Everything is listed online for full time job and part time jobs get there and they only have part time employment. I wanted over a hour for someone to tell me that. Management is horrible people staying around talking not working. I would never take my family or reference anyone to go there. You will be disappointed
