Beautiful facility which makes leaving my mom here easier. Staff answers every question right away. The staff really knows about demencia and educates me. Plenty of activities even though my mom doesn’t want to participate 😩 Very very pleased
It could improve by telling the residents the truth instead of what they call a soft landing. The should run the place instead of letting a POA set the rules. My wife hasn't been allowed to see her mother in over 2 years. Not the right thing to do. paramout is letting the other members of her family preventing her from seeing her mom, because she doesn't lie to her Chuck Giltenboth
I feel that certain people are put into your life at certain times when you need them the most. Both of my parents were residents at Paramount. Both have since passed on but the care and the attention that was given to my parents and our whole family is something none of us will ever forget. I will always hold a special place in my heart for the people at Paramount for the difference they made in our lives at a time when we needed them the most.
I have the opportunity to work with Paramount through where I work. I am continually impressed by the team of wonderful people, the community is always beautiful and clean, and I always feel so welcome. Anita is great - always so helpful!
