Well, Paramount which is it? You have the pricing advertised 3 different ways. Is it $3500.00, $5230.00 or $10,000.00. Whichever price fits their mood, just add another $3000.00 for the HOA monthly fee. We had a terrible experience here. My father fell more than once a day. There was never a family meeting to discuss his falling or did any of administration reach out to see how my Dad was. He was rushed to the hospital several times for these falls. We are very grateful for the compassionate care that our father received at Paramount Senior Living at Peters Township. Although his time there was ultimately brief, we have nothing but praises to sing for the staff of this top-notch facility. Everything is kept in immaculate condition and it is a very cheery, hospitable atmosphere. Lots of interesting activities spanning many interests. The food is quite good. My father in law fell several times. They had to be constantly reminded to put sensors on his chair and bed. They told us the alarm when he fell wasn't loud. Personal items were stolen. Definitely not worth the 10, 000 dollars first month fee or the 7000
