We contacted this company about upgrading our concrete tile roof which was in very poor condition. Their reaction was swift: the roofer visited us, inspected the roof, a quote was quickly forthcoming and within a short time a four-man team was at work repairing and re-setting tiles and clearing off moss and lichen and thoroughly cleaning the roof.
