Brandon arrived at our home quickly after calling Paramount to assess the water damage we had from a hot water heater issue in our finished basement. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly, and took charge. Within a few hours, he and his team had everything moved out of the affected room (and it was a lot!), the carpet pulled up, the sopping padding removed, and the equipment put in to dry everything out.
