I recently sold my house in Sanford Florida. Paul Abad who works for PRMG was the underwriter for the buyer of my house. Paul took over because my buyer had trouble with their former underwriter. Paul reassured me and the buyer that he could get the job done and would in a timely manner. Paul kept giving me and the buyer closing dates that he could not come through on. Stephanie was a great asset to have in my corner, she hurdled the many obstacles that came up in this closing to everyone satisfaction and did it quickly. I would recommend her to my family.
They don’t go over hidden fees compared to other mortgages. All the money they can get in their pockets is their goal. I would not recommend.
