This company is horrible and that is being nice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I have been with this company for almost 1 year and still CAN NOT use the website to access my information, send payments, or download any tax information. Every time I call to get this issue resolved I am on hold for 30 min - 2rs and then I get transfered, routed to a voicemail, or disconnected. Their employees are not properly trained at all.
