Not a pleasant experience. I've closed on many mortgages in my lifetime and this was the worse experience. Took 3 phone calls over almost a week to receive the initial disclosure with continued promises it was on its way. When finally received, it contained the wrong promised interest rate. Additionally, when I questioned an "other" category, I was told a placeholder for truing up final taxes, HOA dues, insurance, other costs.
