I was working with Art and was told what to fix, paying down credit cards. While doing that id call with questions and getting answers was like pulling teeth. It was always a reason why my calls weren't being answered or returned, from being in other countries opening branches, just landed, out of the country with no laptop, then life saving surgery (I conveniently called the day of surgery as he was leaving), then covid. We will NEVER use this company again. We have waited 2 months for the appraiser this company chose to get our house we put an offer on appraised. After waiting, the appraiser pushed the date back TWICE which was another 2 weeks with nothing more from the company other than an apology and “we have had too many orders, but you are marked as hot” after paying $1,100!!!
