Horrible experience, was denied services even though a specialist put in a script for a longer period of time because one therapist felt goals were met even after the strain had gotten worse from returning to work and she was told this. Seemed great at first but once I felt I actually needed the service they didn’t care, definitely wouldn’t recommend. And the google reviews go through them so they weed out the negative ones and the office manager told me that herself!!!!!!

I have been coming to Bay City office since November before and after my surgery. My nerve in lower left leg is slowly but surely coming back. Working with Kelly, Jennifer and Scott has helped me tremendously. Great team here.

I needed PT for women's health issues, and was apprehensive on attending as I was doubtful PT would help my problems and, due to Covid 19, My concerns were put to rest due to all the precautions taken by Paramount. I was very pleased with my therapist Kelly E. She was personable and professional, kept me updated on my progress addressed my concerns often and answered my numerous questions, She made me feel comfortable due to the personal circumstances of the therapy. I like Paramount Rehab, staff is nice, my therapist Kelly is very good at her job and a very nice person, I have learned a great exercise routine. I have gone from a #5 back pain to zero. My therapist Kelly is awesome, really good at here job. I have learned a great exercise workout and I plan to continue with my daily workout. Thank you so much.
