Extremely terrible customer service. Do not shop at Paramount hot tubs in Coombs. After purchasing a hot tub we discovered we had a leak in the middle of a pipe for absolutely no reason. Okay it happens, however it took three phone calls and waiting for over a month for a service person to come out and repair the pipe. Finally repair was done 18 minutes, two people as well. we received a $235 bill. The parts that they used for free or at least covered by the warranty.
