Unfortunately my experience with paramount was not great. We needed mold remediation. The owner came to look at the problem and discuss it and after that it took over a month to get an estimate. I had to email and inquire multiple times in that time before finally receiving the estimate that was 1000s over others.
Showed up on time and made my carpets look like new!!
had this company assist with a flood in my home guys were very professional and they did a great job at getting my home dried and getting rid of the smell. Will recommend
Absolutely terrible customer service. They do nothing but try to convince you you’re wrong when trying to hire them and get it scheduled. Definitely use a different company
