Extremely thorough and very professional company to deal with. My husband and I are very pleased with the detailed digital report that was sent to us immediately following our home inspection. We will recommend this company to anyone looking for home inspection services. It’s very important to have a home inspected before purchasing and very glad we chose this company!!! Jason and Nate from Paramount were very professional and thorough with their inspection. They covered every aspect of the home, gave professional feedback and explained everything in laymen’s terms so even I understood everything. They quickly emailed me a very thorough report and followed up a few weeks later to advise me to contact them if I had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend them and rate them a 5/5.
They are a very professional and thorough team. Both were excellent at explaining the inspection report. We liked how they would highlight "needs immediate attention" vs. general maintenance issues. When inspecting the property they would divide and conquer and then they both gave a verbal report to us afterwards as well as the written report.
