So when I was renting under Osgoode properties it was okay but holy heck I was renting for 850$ two years ago for a bachelor it's now 1150$ for one under paramount properties trust me this building and these apartments are not worth that amount of money. This is low end apartments for 1150$ you might be able to get something so much better. I'm in disbelief that they raised the rent so much this should be illegal to be honest. 300$ in 2 years wow amazingly terrible.
